Mary Manns has been involved with horses for over 40 years. Formal training began with riding Hunters and Jumpers. She attended Cal Poly Pomona and earned a degree in Agricultural Business. Over the years, Mary has expanded her expertise to Western and trail riding. Mary's quiet and calm teaching style minimizes students' anxiety and increases their confidence. She is also an approved Julian Charter School Vendor for providing riding lessons to its students.

We specialize in teaching the basics of Western and English styles of riding to beginners ages 7 and up and provide lots of personalized attention. In addition to "Magic" are 3 other horses we use for lessons and students are individually matched with a horse that can teach them the particular skill they are working on.
The ranch was named after "Magic", our Polish Arabian mare who is one of the oldest living horses of her breed. Although now retired, she can still give riding students a good introduction on proper riding techniques! We are located in Fallbrook just 3.5 miles from Hwy 15. The small facility is conducive to a calm and peaceful environment and the class size is a maximum of 4 students.
Bob Manns is an expert in teaching Western riding. Born and raised on a horse ranch in Ohio, Bob was active in 4H and horse shows. His experience naturally led to sharing his knowledge with students of all backgrounds: from beginning kids to a movie star learning to ride for a role! Bob thrives on seeing improvement in the skill set of his students.
